Service Description

Horror Tattoo provides a website for showcasing tattoo work and accepting consultation inquiries. Submitting an inquiry through the booking form initiates a conversation about a potential tattoo project. It does not constitute a confirmed booking or guarantee of an appointment.

No Guarantee of Booking

All inquiries are reviewed individually. Horror Tattoo reserves the right to decline any project for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, subject matter outside the artist's scope, or creative differences.

Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

All custom tattoo designs created by Horror Tattoo are original artwork. The artist retains copyright and intellectual property rights to all designs. Designs are created exclusively for the commissioned client and are not reused.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the design for commercial purposes without written permission from the artist.

Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by project and will be communicated during the consultation process. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the tattoo.

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an inquiry, book a consultation, or receive a tattoo. No exceptions.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if they determine it would pose a health risk.

Limitation of Liability

Horror Tattoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the tattooing process. By proceeding with a tattoo session, you acknowledge the inherent risks of tattooing, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, and scarring, and agree that proper aftercare is your responsibility.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
